Why now

No painters to hire. Finishes that vary. Craft that can't be copied.

The NST‑H8 answers all three: it takes the coating pass so people stay out of the fumes, lays the same coat run after run, and carries a master painter's technique as an algorithm, every shift.

The shortage is measurable: the United States needs roughly 100,000 more collision technicians over the next five years, the United Kingdom projects a 76,000‑technician gap by 2030, and China's new‑energy aftersales shortfall is estimated at 824,000. A painting robot covers for the painters you can no longer hire.

Track record

In daily use at Tesla and Xiaomi aftersales shops.

Gantry painting robots are delivered and earning inside the direct aftersales networks of Tesla, Xiaomi Auto, Seres and XPeng, and across the Zhongsheng dealer group: paying customers, not pilots. Behind them stand two decades of NST equipment in the plants of around 100 vehicle and battery makers.
