NST‑H8 · 9‑axis intelligent painting robot

Five years in development. Tens of thousands of test parts. A gantry‑mounted 9‑axis arm with AI vision, built to batch‑spray car bodies, bumpers, doors and fenders in existing booths.

The machine

Nine axes on a gantry, guided by AI

The H8's articulated arm rides a gantry above the workpiece, with nine axes of motion to follow body curves and reach panels a fixed sprayer can't. AI vision tracks the work; obstacle avoidance is designed to keep the arm clear of parts, fixtures and booth structure.

Why NST

Built for the booth you already run

A batch of car parts being sprayed in one booth cycle by the NST robot
Batch run · one booth cycle
  • Batch loading

Load doors, bumpers and fenders together and spray them in a single run.

  • Less toxic exposure

The robot handles the coating pass inside the booth so painters spend less time in fumes and overspray.

  • Fits existing booths

NST installs into existing paint booths with no major structural changes.

How it works

Three steps to a finished coat

STEP 01

Position

Place the vehicle or parts in the spray cell and secure the work area for the run.

STEP 02

Scan

The vision system scans the body or parts, then matches the vehicle model and spray trajectory.

STEP 03

Spray

The 9-axis arm follows the trajectory with tuned spray parameters for a consistent finish.
