What we do not do
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross‑site tracking tools. We do not sell personal data, we do not build profiles, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Anonymous statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy‑first measurement tool, to understand how the site is used. It works without cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not identify you or follow you to other websites. We only see aggregate numbers: page views, referrers, countries and page performance (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The measurement is run by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor.
Contact form and email
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, company and country, and your message. We use them for one purpose: answering your enquiry and the correspondence that follows (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service acting as our processor. We keep correspondence for as long as the business relationship or the enquiry requires, then delete it.
Hosting and server logs
This site is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit, Cloudflare technically processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the pages securely and defend against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not receive or store these logs ourselves.
Video
Videos on this site are either hosted by us or embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). A YouTube player loads only after you click play; nothing is sent to Google before that. Once you click, Google may process data as described in Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@nstrobot.com and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your country.
Changes
We will update this page when the website's data handling changes, for example when new features are added.
